The painting shows the divine light inside the soul of every human being. In Buddhism, it would be called the 'buddhahood nature', in Christianity it would be called 'holiness', I guess. The yellow lines are like flowers, our Oneness with nature. The dark blue around the light shows the uncertainties around this light, the demons which surround us, even inside ourselves, always ready to attack if we let them.
