Grace talk about “Grounding Into The Spiritual Heart”

This photograph of a crystal grid was made to assist in Grounding Into The Spiritual Heart. In order to “bridge heaven and earth” we must each bridge the divisions within ourselves. In the making of this crystal grid I was reminded that the way to transcend division is not by trying to unite opposites. It is, instead, about remembering the place where there has never been division - The Heart. It is about resting in the experience that every cell of our bodies is a full and perfect expression of One Heart.

Crystal grids are arrangements of crystals that are created with a purpose or an intention, such as for healing or for a certain manifestation. Crystals are powerful conductors of thought that transmit light, and they serve to anchor the intention into the physical. The types of stones chosen are related to what the intention is for the grid, as different stones have different metaphysical properties that help to achieve different goals. There is often ritual or ceremony in the making of grids to ‘charge’ the stones with energy and to set forth and ‘activate’ the intended goal.

My photographs of crystal grids (Crystal Illuminations) are designed to be used as healing visualization tools. When a client comes to me with an intention of something they want to create in their lives - part of the healing, or energy shift, occurs for them while I am making the crystal grid. The rest comes from their repetitive viewing of the photograph.

The photographs should ideally be placed in locations where they will be seen often – anywhere they will be noticed often and reflected upon as a reminder of the stated intent. The photos also act to balance the energy field in the ways that will encourage the manifestation of the stated intention. The subconscious is very impressionable to visual stimulation, and the effect of color and design on the psyche bypasses the intellect to effect change in the energy body. Every time a person looks at their crystal grid the subconscious is taking it all in.
